The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, along with Governor Whitmer addressed Michigan residents Sunday night. Due to the high numbers of positive COVID-19 cases, more restrictions are needed.
Under the new order, indoor residential gathering will be limited to two households at a time and they are urging us to re-think our Thanksgiving plans and gathering with several family members.
Those who are able to work from home are asked to do so. Child care facilities will stay open to help support working parents.
The new restrictions will go into effect Wednesday and last for 3 weeks.
