Thank you to my wonderful husband – 1SG Craig Reed. He is preparing to leave for Afghanistan in January. You are following God’s calling to come out of retirement to deploy and lead a group of soldiers. We are so proud of you. Love and miss you more than you know.
I will pray for all of our Veterans this day and those still serving. Their service is truly a gift and blessing for all of us in this Country. I think of my Father who served in Vietnam, and the fact that it was so traumatic he still cannot speak much about his time there.God bless all veterans for the spoken and even unknown sacrifices they have made for all of us.
So extremely grateful and proud of my husband Walt who served our country in the Air Force. Also this is a very special Veterans Day for us as a family as we just welcomed our son Jared home from Afghanistan. So proud of him and the sacrifices he has made for our country. I do not take this blessing lightly as I am grateful to all those families who bore the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom through the loss of a family member. God’s blessings to all our veterans! Thank you for your service.
