Community Event Calendar

Submit Your Event

WCSG on-air hosts are at liberty to select event items from our Community Event Calendar to mention on the radio. Submitting your event information right here is the best possible way to get your item onto our WCSG website calendar, and potentially on-air.

It helps to submit your item(s) at least three (3) weeks prior to your event date. Please fill in all requested fields, as able.

Please submit all information using normal "mixed case" lettering. (We are unable to process items submitted to us in "ALL CAPS.")

(Late submissions, including those submitted via hard copy, fax and e-mail, may or may not, be posted depending on time available. WCSG reviews submissions, reserving the right to edit content or not post events that are incompatible with the values and mission goals of WCSG. If unable to use our submission form, you may e-mail us instead. Place your full announcement inside the body of your e-mail. Please, no attachments or .pdf files.)
