We all know that the true reward for casting your vote is the freedom of expressing your civil right, but it never hurts to also be rewarded with an “I Voted” sticker! While those are pretty standard on Election Day, there are some businesses that are providing some Election Day Deals & Freebies as a thank you or to help you get to the polls! Check them out!
The chain will have a buy-one-get-one free or $1 off any drink up to 24-ounces at participating locations.
Election Day could stretch well into the evening and beyond, so Boston Market’s deal may uniquely hit the spot. The chain is offering one free slider from 9 p.m. to close at all locations nationwide on Tuesday, Nov. 3, with no purchase necessary. This includes slider options such as Chicken Cheddar, Turkey Cheddar, Chicken Chipotle or BBQ Meatloaf.
Through Grubhub, Burger King is offering $3 off orders of $18 or more.
The on-demand delivery app will have free delivery on all orders with a $15 minimum placed on Election Day with promo code VOTE. For DashPass subscribers that already have zero delivery fees on orders over $12, DoorDash is providing 10% off orders with code DPVOTE. The codes should be entered at checkout.
Anyone who makes the effort to vote during such such a rough time deserves a sweet treat. How about free ice cream? Enlightened is giving away a coupon for free ice cream to anyone who mentions the word “vote” and tags @eatenlightened on Instagram stories on Election Day. They will also randomly select one person to win the grand prize — a year’s worth of free Enlightened desserts.
Grubhub users will get to take advantage of all sorts of deals on Nov. 3, ranging from free delivery to discounts. Lobster chain Red Lobster will be offering free delivery on orders over $25, and 7-11 will have free delivery on orders over $15, as will BurgerFi. Burger King is offering $3 off on orders of $18 or more, California Pizza Kitchen fans will get $10 off on orders over $30. For Pret A Manger, get $5 off on orders over $15, and at Wow Bao, $5 off on orders over $20. There’s other participating restaurants, too —from PF Chang’s to Hooters, and many more. Those voting lines may be pretty exhausting, it’s important to stay well fed and hydrated!
Car rental company Hertz will help voters get to the polls by offering customers a free car on Election Day from participating locations. The deal is only on offer for people who book a vehicle for at least two days, starting on November 2nd or 3rd. Customers need to use the code 210350
The sandwich chain is offering a free turkey sub and free delivery on orders of $10 or more on Election Day for orders placed through Grubhub.
Many are voting by mail this year, meaning they may have missed out on the coveted sticker proving they voted. On Nov. 3, anyone who visits participating Krispy Kreme locations will receive a free Original Glazed Doughnut and receive an “I Voted” sticker.
The ride-share company is offering 50% off rides on Election Day to help get you to the polling station. Use the code 2020VOTE to take advantage of the deal, which applies to ride costs up to $10. The code is also good for bike and scooter rides in select cities.
McDonald’s is giving away one of its three new McCafe items — an apple fritter, a blueberry muffin or a cinnamon roll — free with a purchase of a hot or iced coffee on orders placed through its app. The promotion runs from November 3 through November 9. So, technically you can keep the free carb train rolling all week.
If you’ve never ordered from P.F. Chang’s before, you’re in luck. The chain is doing a $10 off deal for new diners through Grubhub.
Pizza to the Polls
The nonprofit group Pizza to the Polls is delivering pizzas across the country and sending food trucks with snacks to lines in 25 cities. Uber Eats has partnered with the groups and says the food trucks will be giving out free Shake Shack, Milk Bar and more. Send reports of long lines at https://polls.pizza
Starting Tuesday through Nov. 8, Planet Fitness is offering everyone who votes a free workout and HydroMassage. Find your local gym at www.planetfitness.com/gyms. The company also is hosting a special workout 7 p.m. ET Tuesday on Facebook with “exercises and tips to de-stress after voting – a much-needed activity to help ease everyone into a post-election routine.”

Through Nov. 8, Tims Rewards members can get one free dark roast coffee between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m. EST.
Uber is also pledging to help get out the vote and is partnering with Pizza to the Polls to deploy a fleet of over 250 food trucks across 25 cities “to deliver free food and good vibes.” The trucks will be on the road from Vote Early Day on Oct. 24 through Election Day.
The ride-share app says it will also be giving 50% off roundtrip rides to and from the polls, utilizing an in-app poll finding feature, with up to $14 total discount in both directions. The deal also applies to bikes and scooters.
Until November 8, Wendy’s customers can get a free Classic Chicken Sandwich with any purchase. It’s “classic” but also new: Wendy’s is promoting it as a crispier and juicier fried chicken than its predecessor.
