Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

1 ½ lb Salmon filets
Lemon pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Salt to taste
1/3 c Soy sauce
1/3 c Brown sugar
1/3 c Water
1/3 c Vegetable oil or olive oil

Instructions:

Season salmon filets with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Put soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and oil into a large ziplock bag. Seal bag and mix ingredients until brown sugar dissolves. Place fish in bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 2 hours (or overnight). Grill on medium, 6-8 minutes on each side, until fish flakes easily with a fork.

This recipe works great on a "George Foreman" type grill.
