Bob, today we celebrate your birthday. Only God knew what would come of a simple blind date many years ago. I thank God every day for bringing us together, our now 40 years of marriage, six children and their spouses and nine – soon to be 10 – grandchildren. You have taught our children lessons along the way, like how to work hard, how to persevere during tough times, and what it means to have a relationship with Jesus Christ. On this special day, we thank God for the incredible blessing of you! Your faith, love and wisdom continue to guide and inspire us all. May God continue to bless you abundantly, guiding your steps, and filling your days with peace, joy and his presence. I am so honored to be your wife and to get to be by your side through this journey of life. Happy birthday! We love you!
