Sparking Cleanliness in the Community!

We have good news! Because of YOU and all your support, our Sparkling Clean Community Connections Drive was a success! The goal for WCSG and our community was to collect and distribute cleaning supplies and paper products to local food pantries across West Michigan. These are highly desired and requested products, so it was such a blessing to be able to come together as a community to support and encourage them in this way! WCSG was able to distribute over 1,500 items that included tissues, paper towels, toilet paper, wipes, window cleaners, and MORE to those in need including Northwest Food Pantry and Calvary Church in Grand Rapids, Community Food Pantry in Rockford, Sparta Center Church in Sparta, Fresh Coast Alliance in Muskegon, Streams of Hope in Southeast Grand Rapids, Zion Reformed Church in Grandville, and The Community Basket in Caledonia. As I met representatives from each of these organizations, heard their stories and took their photos around the station, without fail, every person shared how grateful they were for WCSG and the support of so many listeners to make this possible! Whether you contributed through prayer, monetary donations, or tangible items, know that it has had an incredible impact across our community! Many of them walked through the doors at WCSG and were greeted immediately with bins and bins full of these items. I wish I could have caught their reactions on video when they each saw the mountain of donations we were able to give them. Each of them smiled ear to ear, their jaws dropped, and all expressed many thanks to our community for coming together to support a big need! They left WCSG with a car packed full of supplies and we could not have provided for our community in this way if it wasn't for you! Thank you for sparking joy, peace, and cleanliness in our community!

But you are the ones chosen by God, chosen for the high calling of priestly work, chosen to be a holy people, God’s instruments to do his work and speak out for him, to tell others of the night-and-day difference he made for you – from nothing to something, from rejected to accepted.
