Blandford Nature Center - FREE in February

Blandford Nature Center is opening its 264 acres of forests,
fields and wildlife free of charge to visitors for the entire month of February.
“We are encouraging everyone to enjoy all that winter has to offer,” said Camilla Voelker, community
programs manager at Blandford. “Visitors will have access to eight miles of hiking trails, can get to know
our 30 wildlife animal ambassadors and get a sneak peek into our Sugarhouse to see how maple syrup
is made!”
The trails and grounds at Blandford, located at 1715 Hillburn Ave. NW in Grand Rapids, are open daily
from dawn to dusk. The Mary Jane Dockeray Visitor Center is open Monday-Saturday from 9 a.m. – 5
p.m.
