We are so excited to host you this Friday, October 18, 2024 at the Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center (100 W Michigan Avenue, Kalamazoo, Michigan).

Parking is free for our guests
Enter the parking garage at 198 North Rose Street. You will not need the parking ticket you receive upon entry. Park on the third level for direct access to the second floor of the Hotel. Go down one level to the Lobby and find the Arcadia Ballroom where our event will be held.

You do not need tickets
Just go to the Check-In table and tell us your names. We'll give you your table assignment and answer any questions you may have.

Gates will be open 9:00-10:00pm to allow for your easy exit. If you need to leave earlier, find a WCSG volunteer to get a pass.

5:30pm – Early entry (VIP and Tier 1)

5:30-8:00pm – Professional photos (VIP only)

6:00-6:30pm – Artist Q&A in ballroom (VIP and Tier 1)

6:30pm – Entry for Tier 2

7:00pm – Dinner

8:00pm – Concert

9:00-9:30pm – Autograph line

9:00 – Gates open in parking garage
