Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1 ½ c Canola oil
2 c Flour
2 t Soda
2 t Baking powder
1 t Salt
1 t Cinnamon
3 c Grated carrots
1 c Chopped nuts

Frosting:
1 box Powdered. sugar
½ c Margarine
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
2 t Vanilla

Instructions:

Add one egg at a time to sugar and oil mixture. Add flour, soda, powder, salt, cinn., carrots & nuts. Mix well. Bake at 300 degree 1 hour. Place in 9x13 ungreased pan. When cake cools, make frosting mixture.

Frosting:

Mix well till creamy, spread evenly over cake. You may want to refrigerate cake.
