When do tickets go on sale? 

Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at 10:00am  

Can I pick my seat assignment? 

When registering for the event, you will choose a tier.  This will place you in a seating category.  You will receive your table assignment when you arrive at the event. 

What is included with the VIP package? 

Early entry, exclusive access to the butterfly exhibit, artist Q&A, artist meet and greet, first access to artist merchandise, premier seating, and a professional photo. 

What are the perks of Tier 1? 

Early entry, exclusive access to the butterfly exhibit, and preferred seating. 

What is the pricing structure for the ticket tiers? 

VIP - $135 
Tier 1 - $110 
Tier 2 - $80 

Why is there an increase in ticket prices? 

Due to generous donations, we were able to keep the pricing the same in 2025 as they were in 2024. 

What is the butterfly exhibit? 

Each spring Frederick Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park showcases thousands of butterflies in a special exhibit.  Our VIP and Tier 1 guests will gain exclusive access to this exhibit before dinner.  This year’s butterfly experience will be closed to the public and only available to our VIP and Tier 1 guests to allow for an extra special experience. 

What age group is WCSG's Father Daughter banquet geared towards? 

We welcome fathers and daughters of all ages! The recommended age for this event is 5 years and older. This recommendation is due to the length and setup of the program and supper. We understand that for your younger attendees, it can be difficult to sit for so long. But please note, that the venue has many places for you and your daughter to explore; this can help with the moments of waiting.

What does the evening look like? 

Special memories will be made between loved ones as they enjoy a meal together followed by a private concert by Natalie Layne. 

Do I need to bring a ticket with me? 

When you register, you will receive a confirmation email.  This will be the only thing you will need to gain entrance into the event.   

**PLEASE NOTE: your sale is not final until you receive your confirmation. 

Does each attendee need their own ticket? 

Each person will need their own ticket to gain entry into the event. 
Example: 1 father and 1 daughter = 2 tickets 

Where should I park? 

Parking is complimentary for all banquet guests.  You will find ample parking at the venue. 

Do I get to choose my meal? 

You will have three options for meal choices 

1. Chicken, potatoes, and a vegetable (gluten free) 

2. Alfredo pasta with garlic bread (child-size portion) 

3. Vegan (this will be our dairy free option) 

Can you accommodate a food allergy? 

Our main meal is gluten free and our vegan meal is dairy free.  If you have any further questions about allergy options, please email events@wcsg.org 

Are my tickets refundable?   

Tickets are not refundable, but you are welcome to transfer them if you want to make a private sale or a donation.  Please email events@wcsg.org if you plan to transfer your tickets to someone else so we can assign their seats appropriately.  

Will WCSG’s Father Daughter Banquet return to Kalamazoo? 

Yes! Friday, October 24, 2025.

Will there be merchandise sales? 

Yes, our artist will come with merchandise that will be sold the night of the banquet. 

Do you have to be a father and a daughter to attend this event? 

We encourage uncles, friends, fathers, or anyone who plays a father-like role in the life of a girl to join us. 

Can we be seated with our friends? 

There is a place in the registration form to add people who you would like seated at your table.  We will do our best to accommodate all requests, but this is not a guarantee.  

To ensure being seated together, purchase tickets for all guests on one registration. 

Will tickets sell out? 

We are anticipating tickets to sell fast.  So please purchase your tickets as soon as possible.
