MSP conducted the raid this morning in Bath Township.

Two former staff members of former Michigan House Speaker Lee Chatfield have had their homes raided.  The home, including that of his former Chief of Staff, were raided this morning looking for information related to charges of abuse within the capitol office.  


Michigan State Police spokespersons confirmed they are working with the Michigan Attorney General’s office in what they describe as an ongoing investigation.


Chatfield was accused of having an affair with his sister-in-law over several years.  Chatfield denies any wrongdoing.
