The 49-acre park offers gorgeous scenery along both natural and paved trails.
Beautiful weather is going to be a plus for us this weekend.
Our WCSG’s Travelin Together series takes advantage of that with a hike along Milham Park in Kalamazoo. The 49-acre park includes three bridges that support a network of both natural and paved paths that wind throughout the park. You’ll explore nature that includes hundreds of mature trees surrounding Portage Creek. Dotted throughout the park are four playgrounds designed for children of various ages.
Families come out to enjoy the water but also for picnics, and you’ll find plenty of space to set up a grill or take advantage of the grills that are near restrooms and drinking fountains. The park also offers both a larger pavilion and a smaller shelter, both of which are available for rent. For more information, visit their website:Milham Park.
