Union members at Kellogg's consider a new contract agreement on Sunday.
Kellogg's has reached a new tentative agreement with their striking cereal plant workers.
Union members have been on strike since the beginning of October and have already voted and rejected one proposal.
Members will vote on that latest proposal on Sunday.
The new offer includes cost-of-living adjustments and a $1/10 per-hour raise for all employees.
The strike has impacted four plants: Battle Creek, Michigan; Omaha, Nebraska; Lancaster, Pennsylvania; and Memphis, Tennessee.
