Striking workers at Kellogg's will head back to work on Monday.
A union strike at Kellogg's plants started in early October.
Union workers voted down a recent proposal but over the weekend agreed on the latest contract offer.
The contract covers approximately 1,400 workers represented by the union at plants in Battle Creek, Michigan, Nebraska, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.
The new contract provides immediate, across the board wage increases and enhanced benefits for all. It also provides an accelerated define path to top-tier wages which was a major sticking point for the workers.
Workers have been striking for 11 weeks and now are expected back on the job next week.
