The jury is back in the courtroom for day three of deliberations.
Jurors will be back to begin day three of deliberations in the trial of four men accused of plotting to kidnap the governor.
Jurors were back around 8:30 this morning to continue deliberations.
Adam Fox, Brandon Caserta, Barry Croft Jr.,and Daniel Harris all face a potential life sentence is convicted. The four are accused of taking part in planning to kidnap Governor Gretchen Whitmer at her vacation home in northern Michigan. The men are also accused of taking part in weapons training, and scouting out the governor's home. Prosecutors have contended their plans included blowing up bridges to prevent emergency responders from reaching the home faster. They say the four were reacting to Covid-19 protocols being issued by the Governor and the federal government.
Day two ended as jurors asked for transcripts of court proceedings. The judge told them the transcripts were not ready and they should rely upon their memories.
