GRPS wants the public to take a look at their Facilities Master Plan, as they work to best use taxpayers money and review building usage.

(GRPS News Release) - Grand Rapids Public Schools is inviting the public to engage as they chart the course for the future of the district’s school buildings and other facilities. The goal is to ensure our school resources are streamlined toward scholar achievement. Join us at an upcoming Town Hall Meeting where we will inform the community about the challenge before us and the Facilities Master Plan process. Through this work, we will engage with our  scholars, staff, families, and the broader community in guiding the decisions that will shape Grand Rapids Public Schools for years to come. We will work together to identify the best opportunities to invest, enhance, upgrade, and revitalize our buildings to serve our scholars in more effective, efficient, and equitable ways. There are challenging decisions ahead, but we know that with your help we’re poised to position our schools to provide the best possible education for our scholars. Childcare, language interpreters, and light refreshments will be provided on-site. Town Hall events marked “SESIÓN EN ESPAÑOL DISPONIBLE” will provide two presentations at the same time - one in Spanish and one in English.

Encouraging Words From Your Bible

For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds… And we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
