Talks broke down but promises are being made to resume those talks as quickly as possible.
Russia and Ukrainian leaders held another round of talks today as Russian forces continue to bomb major cities in Ukraine. Humanitarian aid has been halted in some regions but Pentagon spokesperson John Kirby.
“We’re going to continue to flow security assistance to the Ukrainians’ as fast as we can. And as many as we can. All I can tell you is, as we stand here today, those shipments are getting into the hands of the Ukrainians and we’re going to keep looking for ways to make sure that continues."
Despite the military barrage, the majority of the Russian army appears to have been stalled.
