70% of American adults get vaccinated

The United States announced Monday, that they have reached the goal of getting at least one COVID-19 shot into 70% of American adults.  President Biden had hoped to reach that goal by July 4th.

An increase of the Delta variant has been seen in hospitals.   That has resulted in new mask rules and mandatory vaccinations in some places.

Louisiana has ordered nearly everyone, vaccinated or not, to wear masks again in all indoor public settings, including schools and colleges.

New positive cases per-day in the United State, have increased six-fold over the past month to an average of nearly 80,000, a level not seen since mid-February.

Nearly all deaths and serious illnesses now are in unvaccinated people.

I will take you by the hand and guard you, and I will give you to my people, Israel, as a symbol of my covenant with them. And you will be a light to guide the nations. You will open the eyes of the blind. You will free the captives from prison, releasing those who sit in dark dungeons.
