Our WCSG Travelin Together series takes us along 26 miles of trail, perfect for biking or a short hike, winding around scenic gardens, an arboretum, or ponds to do some fishing.
The Linear Park Trail in Battle Creek is an easy to moderate trail, allowing average bikers to traverse miles of trail while enjoying a ride that will get your heart working. For a slower pace, hiking along the trail affords picturesque bridges, visits by several animal species, and the Leila Arboretum with its Kaleidoscope Garden. Take the Riverside Loop for an even slower paced walk while still enjoying the natural beauty. All along the way, you can stop and visit one of the many historical places in the city.
