There are plenty of winter activities for the entire family at Ludington State Park.

Despite a lack of snow, there are still winter events for the family planned at Ludington State Park.  For our WCSG's Travelin' Together series, we want to highlight several activities you can enjoy at the park without breaking the bank.  Free, guided hiking tours are being offered through woods and snow covered sand dunes.

All tours start at the Warming Station at the park entrance.  When there is snow, the hikes will turn into snowshoeing hikes through the park.  Tours begin at 1pm with a lantern lit tour beginning at 6pm.  The evening events also offer a fire pit and hot chocolate.

The hikes begin this weekend and will be offered every weekend through February 18th.

For more information, visit Ludington State Park.

This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.” Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”
