President Biden will address the nation following the three big meetings he is attending in Europe today.
It has been one month since Russian forces have invaded Ukraine.
President Biden today will join Western allies to talk about Russia's attacks in Ukraine and the possibility of ramping up pressure on Pres. Putin and Russia. They plan to talk about humanitarian aid. Ukrainians continue to leave their country and most are going to Poland. President Biden plans to visit Poland on Friday.
There will be an emergency NATO summit, a gathering of the Group of Seven industrialized nations and a summit of the 27 members of the European Union.
President Biden plans to attend all three meetings and will then hold a news conference at the end of the day.
