In this episode, Zach & Kevin are joined by Brooke Holmes from West Michigan Wellness Group as we wrap up our first season by talking about self-awareness, specifically how to be self-aware during conflict. We talk about how important it is to be humble, be aware of your own past hurts and experiences, and to be curious. We also discuss what happens when you don’t work through your conflicts and let them stay buried inside yourself and how to be aware of your own emotions & feelings, rather than just jumping straight to what you’re thinking.
